This privacy policy applies to all apps published by ElevenSeventy, LLC, including Pavel Quest Premium, Burg Battle, TidyMove, Arca AI Chat, Codewise, Kazuwa Sudoku, and Tideline.

Information We Collect

ElevenSeventy does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. Our apps are designed to work without accounts, logins, or any form of user registration.

Your data stays on your device. We have no servers that receive or store your personal data.

Crash Reporting

Our apps may use Apple's built-in crash reporting, which can collect anonymous diagnostic information when an app crashes. This data is provided to us in aggregate, anonymized form through Apple's standard developer tools and does not include any personally identifiable information. You can control this in your iPhone's Settings under Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.

Arca AI Chat — Third-Party API Connections

Arca AI Chat allows you to connect to any OpenAI-compatible API endpoint of your choosing. When you send a message in Arca AI Chat, that message is transmitted to the API endpoint you have configured — not to ElevenSeventy. ElevenSeventy has no access to, visibility into, or control over the data sent to or received from those third-party endpoints. Please review the privacy policy of any service you connect to.

Tideline — Health Information

Tideline is a self-help tool for practicing ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) for OCD. As you use it, you may record sensitive health-related information such as your self-rated distress levels, the situations you find distressing, your fear ladder, and personal notes.

This information never leaves your control. It is stored only on your device (and, if you enable it, in your own private iCloud account synced by Apple between your devices). ElevenSeventy has no servers that receive or store this data, cannot see it, and never collects, sells, or shares it. There are no accounts, no logins, and no analytics or advertising SDKs in the app. Deleting an entry, or deleting the app, removes the data from your device.

Tideline is not a medical device, not therapy, and not a substitute for professional care. It does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice. ERP is most effective when guided by a qualified clinician — if OCD is affecting your life, please work with one. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services; in the US you can call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

Children's Privacy

Our apps do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13.
